We have been in South Africa for almost 2 years now and definitely wanted to take part in the Diamond Jubilee celebrations in some small way. So we raised a glass of Pimms, had a delicious lunch of Coronation Chicken followed by Sticky Toffee Pudding in the gorgeous Durban winter sunshine.
