Look what I found!

Part of writing and illustrating for children is making a dummy book which is a presentation copy of your story that you send to the publisher so that they can see how your book works in terms of pace and flow etc. Normally an illustrator will make it themselves but this looks good to me! Ok, so it’s aimed at kids but if it helps to get those ideas onto the page faster then what’s the problem?! I found this one at Exclusive Books but it’s published by McSweeney’s McMullens.

 

 

Wouldn’t make a bad gift for a creative child either I suppose……
