It was my birthday recently and my husband bought me a basin. Yes a basin! Complete with plug hole. It is beautiful but I am currently not in need of a new basin, so it was decided that it would make a pretty planter. Which is good because I am currently a little bit obsessed with succulents. They seem to be the only plant I am able to grow here in Durban where the blazing summer heat wilts everything, plant and human! So my basin was turned into a desert. I’m very happy with the result.
